Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen blueberries: Fresh blueberries are ideal for this recipe, but you can also use frozen berries. If using frozen berries, thaw them before adding them to the batter.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the muffins tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a muffin scoop to fill the muffin tins: This will help to ensure that the muffins are all the same size and shape.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will typically take about 20-25 minutes.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack: This will help to prevent the muffins from breaking.
  • Serve the muffins warm or at room temperature: These muffins are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven, but they can also be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

These Blueberry Pumpkin Southern Comfort Muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion.
