1 c light corn syrup
3/4 c packed light brown sugar
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs
2 Tbsp bourbon (or 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract)
1/2 tsp grated orange zest
1/2 tsp salt
2 c pecan halves

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, sugar, butter, eggs, bourbon, orange zest, and salt. Mix in the pecans.
