1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the taste of your brownie bonbons. Look for a chocolate that is at least 60% cacao.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the brownies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking. This will help the brownies to hold their shape. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Bake the brownies until they are just set. Overbaking will make the brownies dry. Bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting to set properly.
  • Be creative with your toppings. You can use any type of frosting or topping you like on your brownie bonbons. Some popular options include chocolate ganache, peanut butter frosting, and chopped nuts.

Conclusion:

Brownie bonbons are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover brownie batter. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create these delicious treats that are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
