Time 50m

Yield 36 serving(s)

14 ounces softened butter

6 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
18 ounces caster sugar
8 ounces flour

  • Preheat your oven to 356°F The reason for the weird measurements and odd temperature, is because I got this recipe from England.

  • Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl.
  • When the chocolate has cooled, add it to the butter/sugar mixture; mix well.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the brownies will taste. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will result in tough, dense brownies. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies in a preheated oven. This will help to ensure that the brownies bake evenly.
  • Don't overbake the brownies. Overbaking will result in dry, crumbly brownies. The brownies are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.

Conclusion:

These brownie recipes are all delicious and easy to make. With a few simple tips, you can make perfect brownies every time. So next time you're craving a sweet treat, give one of these recipes a try. You won't be disappointed.
