2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

3/4 cup Cheez Whiz from 15 oz. jar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Baby carrots, broccoli florets, radishes and thin pretzel crackers optional.
1/2 cup beer
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper

Steps:

  • In bowl, whisk cream cheese, Cheez Whiz, beer, seasoning mix, garlic powder and pepper until blended and smooth. Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with chives. If desired serve with carrots, broccoli, radishes and pretzel crackers.
