Tips:

  • Use fresh, ripe cherries: This will ensure the best flavor and texture for your cherry blinks.
  • Pit the cherries before using: This is a tedious task, but it's worth it to avoid biting into a cherry pit.
  • Don't overcook the cherries: They should be cooked until they are softened, but still hold their shape.
  • Use a heavy-bottomed pan: This will help to prevent the cherry blinks from sticking to the pan.
  • Serve cherry blinks warm: They are best enjoyed fresh out of the pan.

Conclusion:

Cherry blinks are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for a summer party or potluck, and they also make a great gift. With a little planning and effort, you can make cherry blinks that are sure to impress your friends and family.
