Tips:

  • For a crispier topping, sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar and granulated sugar over the cobbler muffin batter before baking.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to a cup of regular milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
  • Be sure to grease and flour your muffin tins before filling them with batter, to prevent the muffins from sticking.
  • To test if the muffins are done, insert a toothpick into the center of one. If it comes out clean, they're done.
  • Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before serving, so that the topping has a chance to set.

Conclusion:

Cherry cobbler muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're also a great way to use up leftover cherries. With just a few simple ingredients, you can enjoy these delicious muffins in no time. So what are you waiting for? Give this recipe a try today!
