Tips:

  • Use fresh cherries for the best flavor. If using frozen cherries, thaw them completely and drain them well before using.
  • If you don't have a cherry pitter, you can use a straw to remove the pits. Simply insert the straw into the cherry and push until the pit pops out.
  • Be careful not to overfill the crescents. If you do, they will be difficult to seal and the filling will leak out.
  • Bake the crescents until they are golden brown. This will ensure that they are cooked through and the filling is set.
  • Let the crescents cool slightly before serving. This will make them easier to handle and prevent the filling from running out.

Conclusion:

Cherry crescents are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up fresh cherries. With a little planning and effort, you can make these delicious pastries at home. So next time you are looking for a sweet treat, give cherry crescents a try!
