Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your cookies will be.
  • Mash the bananas well: Use a fork or potato masher to mash the bananas until they are completely smooth, with no lumps.
  • Measure your flour correctly: Use a kitchen scale to measure your flour to ensure accuracy. Scooping flour directly from the bag can result in too much flour being used, which can make your cookies dry and crumbly.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make your cookies tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough: Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies at the right temperature: Bake the cookies at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving: Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before serving. This will help them firm up and develop their full flavor.

Conclusion:

These cherry walnut dark chocolate chip oat flour cookies are a delicious and healthy snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are made with simple ingredients and are easy to make. The cookies are packed with flavor and nutrition, making them a great choice for a quick breakfast, lunch, or snack.
