Tips:

  • Prepare Ingredients Properly: Before starting, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Grate the zucchini finely and remove excess moisture using a paper towel.
  • Use High-Quality Chocolate: Opt for a good quality dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70% for a rich and intense flavor.
  • Don't Overmix: Overmixing can result in tough brownies. Mix the batter until just combined, taking care not to overbeat.
  • Bake Time: Keep a close eye on the baking time. The brownies should be set but still slightly soft in the center. Overbaking can lead to dry brownies.
  • Cooling and Storage: Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving. Store any leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
