Tips:
- Selecting high-quality chocolate is essential for the richness and flavor of the truffles. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
- Make sure the cream is very cold before whipping it. This will help it reach stiff peaks quickly and easily.
- Use a spoon or small scoop to form the truffles. This will help them maintain a uniform size and shape.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or other toppings immediately after shaping them. This will prevent them from sticking to your hands.
