1 pkg (10 oz. ) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 pt (16 oz) sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can(s) ( 8 oz ) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 scallions, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Thaw spinach in microwave, and squeeze dry.
  • 2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix until well blended.
  • 3. Add chopped spinach, water chestnuts and scallions, mixing until well blended. Cover bowl, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

1 cup mayo
2 cups sour cream
1 pkg knorr vegetable or leek soupmix
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 large round sour dough or pumpernickel bread loaf, optional
