CLASSIC SPANISH SANGRIA
This is an authentic version of the popular wine drink. You can add any fruit that you want, but I find that apples and pears absorb all the rum. This one is not diluted with carbonated beverages. I have much success with red Burgundy wine and white rum, though spiced rum is nice too.

SUMMER SANGRIA & CLASSIC SANGRIA
I just love summer and all the wonderful drinks we use to try and cool down. I hope you enjoy these two very different sangrias. I usually add extra fruit to the sangrias, peach wedges to the Classic Sangria and pear slices to the Summer Sangria.

Tips:
- Choose the right wine. A dry red wine, such as a Rioja or Tempranillo, is a good choice for sangria. You can also use a white wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc or Albariño, for a lighter sangria.
- Use fresh fruit. The best sangria is made with fresh fruit. Use a variety of fruits, such as oranges, lemons, limes, apples, and peaches. You can also add other fruits, such as berries, grapes, or melon.
- Don't skimp on the spices. Spices are what give sangria its unique flavor. Be sure to add plenty of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. You can also add other spices, such as cardamom, ginger, or star anise.
- Let it chill. Sangria is best served cold. Chill it for at least 2 hours before serving, or overnight for even better flavor.
- Serve it with a garnish. A garnish of fresh fruit, mint, or cinnamon sticks will make your sangria look and taste even more festive.
Conclusion:
Sangria is a refreshing and flavorful drink that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With so many different recipes to choose from, you are sure to find a sangria that you love.
