4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
½ cup red bell pepper, diced
½ cup diced celery
1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.

1 bunch(es) green onions, finely chopped, tops included
1 tablespoon(s) jalepeno slices, diced
2 tablespoon(s) chopped olives
1 tablespoon(s) pimientos
2 - green tortilla wraps (garden spinach herb)

Steps:

  • Place softened cream cheese into mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to a thick creamy consistancy. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds at a time until it becomes "stir-able."
  • Once softened, add chopped ingredients: green onion, jalepenos, olives and pimientos. Stir until well-blended. (*Adjust jalepenos to taste.)
  • Divide mixture in half, and spread each half onto one tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap with Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  • Before serving, remove chilled rolled tortillas from refrigerator, unwrap and slice into 3/4" slices. Arrange on platter and serve. Oh-so pretty! And scrumptious to boot!
