Tips:

  • Use ripe fruit: The riper the fruit, the sweeter and more flavorful your pizza will be. Avoid using unripe or bruised fruit.
  • Choose a variety of fruit: The more variety of fruit you use, the more colorful and flavorful your pizza will be. Some good options include strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, bananas, pineapple, and kiwi.
  • Make sure the fruit is clean: Before you add the fruit to your pizza, be sure to wash it thoroughly.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the fruit: A sharp knife will help you to cut the fruit evenly and neatly.
  • Don't overcrowd the pizza: When you're adding the fruit to your pizza, be sure to leave some space between each piece. This will allow the fruit to cook evenly.
  • Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown: The crust should be golden brown and crispy. If the crust is too soft, the pizza will be difficult to slice.
  • Let the pizza cool before slicing: This will help to prevent the fruit from sliding off the pizza.
