Tips:

  • Use fresh cranberries: Fresh cranberries have a brighter flavor and hold their shape better than frozen cranberries. If you're only able to find frozen cranberries, thaw them and drain them before using.
  • Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature: This will help it mix smoothly with the other ingredients and create a creamy cheesecake filling.
  • Don't overmix the cheesecake batter: Overmixing can cause the cheesecake to be too dense and crumbly. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cheesecake in a water bath: This will help prevent the cheesecake from cracking.
  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving: This will allow the cheesecake to set properly and develop its full flavor.

Conclusion:

This cranberry glazed cinnamon cheesecake is a delicious and festive dessert that's perfect for any occasion. The creamy cheesecake filling is complemented perfectly by the tart cranberry glaze. The cinnamon adds a warm and cozy flavor that makes this cheesecake irresistible. Whether you're serving it to your family or friends, this cheesecake is sure to be a hit.
