2 tablespoon lemon juice
12 cup packaged fresh baby spinach or torn spinach (12 ounces)
0.75 cup thinly sliced red onion

0.5 cup dried cranberries
0.333 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
0.5 teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:
