1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
2 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
Shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

2 boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
2/3 c water
10 3/4 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 c milk
1/2 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare and bake cornbread mix according to package directions. While cornbread is baking, combine chicken and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until chicken is very tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
