CREAMY DREAMY SPINACH, ONION, AND BACON DIP
From my favorite gal of all time!! Dip may made up to 2 days ahead of time, covered and refrigerated. Let stand 20 minutes before baking as directed. (These are Paula's directions, but I had to bake for a few minutes more, as well as place under the broiler for a few minutes to get the top browned). Prep time does not include thawing time for spinach and onions.

CREAMED SPINACH WITH BACON
My twins wouldn't eat anything that even resembled a vegetable, but they ate seconds and sometimes thirds of this fabulous spinach. I received the recipe from a friend several years ago, and it's been part of my Thanksgiving menu ever since. I usually double or triple the recipe. My children aren't the only ones who want extra servings!

Tips:
- Choose Fresh Ingredients: Use fresh spinach, onions, bacon, and heavy cream for the best flavor and texture.
- Cook the Bacon Until Crispy: Crispy bacon adds a delicious smoky flavor to the dip. Cook it until it's golden brown and crumbled.
- Sauté the Onions and Spinach: Sautéing the onions and spinach brings out their natural sweetness and flavor. Cook them over medium heat until the onions are softened and the spinach is wilted.
- Use a Good Quality Cream Cheese: A good quality cream cheese will make the dip smooth and creamy. Avoid using low-fat or non-fat cream cheese, as it will not yield the same results.
- Season the Dip to Taste: Taste the dip and adjust the seasonings as needed. Add more salt, pepper, garlic powder, or onion powder if desired.
- Serve the Dip Warm: Serve the dip warm with your favorite dippers, such as crackers, chips, or vegetables.

This creamy spinach onion and bacon dip is the perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. It's easy to make, delicious, and always a crowd-pleaser. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dip to make, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
