Tips:
- To make the perfect dumpling dough, use a 1:2 ratio of flour to water. The dough should be smooth and elastic, but not sticky.
- When rolling out the dumpling dough, make sure it is thin enough to cook through, but not so thin that it breaks.
- To prevent the dumplings from sticking together, coat them in a little oil or flour before cooking.
- Boil the dumplings in plenty of water, and do not overcrowd the pot. Cook them until they float to the top and are cooked through.
- Serve the dumplings immediately with your favorite sauce, such as soy sauce, vinegar, or chili oil.
