1 cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups mini marshmallows
graham cracker (not the crumbs! use enough crackers to line the bottom of the pan)

Steps:

  • Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish (can use an 11 x 7-inch baking pan).
  • Line the graham crackers in the bottom of the baking dish (you might have to cut some of them in half to fit in the dish).

1 (12 ounce) box honey graham cereal

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butter, cubed
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 10 whole crackers)
1 package (10 ounces) miniature marshmallows
