Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve remove from freezer let sit at room temperature about 5 minutes, slice and serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
- 2. This can also be put into paper lined muffin cups for individual servings. Just peel away the paper and serve. Delicious as a salad or I like it also as a frozen fruit dessert.

Tips:
- Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor. Frozen or canned cranberries can be substituted, but they will not have the same tartness and vibrancy.
- Don't overcook the cranberries. They should be cooked until they just begin to burst, about 5 minutes.
- Let the cranberry mixture cool completely before adding the pineapple and marshmallows. This will prevent the marshmallows from melting.
- Use a variety of nuts in the salad. Walnuts, pecans, and almonds are all good choices.
- Garnish the salad with fresh mint or rosemary for a festive touch.
Conclusion:
Frosty Cranberry Salad is a delicious and refreshing side dish that is perfect for any holiday gathering. It is easy to make and can be made ahead of time, making it a great option for busy hosts. The tartness of the cranberries is balanced by the sweetness of the pineapple and marshmallows, and the nuts add a nice crunch. This salad is sure to be a hit with your guests!
