3 gala apples
3 naval oranges
4 tbsp Greek honey
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • Wash and peel apples.
  • Using a sharp knife cut the apple in half through the center. Cut each half in half. Remove the core from each quarter and then slice each quarter into thin slices.
  • Peel oranges. Remove as much of the pith as possible.
  • While holding the orange firmly on a cutting board carefully cut the orange into rounds using a sharp knife.
  • Arrange slices of apples and oranges on serving dish.
  • In a small bowl combine honey and orange juice. Pour mixture over arranged fruit slices and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
