Steps:
- Chill a 9-inch loaf pan or glass container in the freezer.
- Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl of an electric mixer. Using a whisk attachment, whip until stiff. Fold in the condensed milk. Divide the mixture between 2 large bowls.
- To one of the bowls, add the cocoa powder, melted semisweet chocolate and chocolate chips, then fold into the whipped cream.
- To the second bowl of whipped cream, add the melted white chocolate and chopped white chocolate, then fold in.
- Layer the different cream bases into the chilled loaf pan a couple spoonfuls at a time. (There is no rhyme or reason when layering; you want it to be imperfect.) Once all of the base has been added to the pan, swirl the two using a skewer or butter knife. Sprinkle an assortment of sprinkles over the top and wrap lightly with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
- When ready to serve, scoop into individual glasses and top with additional sprinkles.
CHOCOLATE PUDDING SHOOTERS
My girlfriend brought these over to one of our bbq's and boy did these ever go over well. They didn't last long. If you leave them at room temperature for a while, the alcohol is stronger.

EASY PEASY DREAM WHIP CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Posted for ZWT3. I tried this before posting it and it is so easy and so delicious. A classic French dessert and usually much more difficult to make - and the good news is, you don't have to wait for this to chill. I had some immediately after mixing and it was so good! You could also substitute any flavor pudding mix you wanted.

Steps:
- Beat 1/2 cup milk, vanilla, and Dream Whip powder on slow speed just until blended. Then, blend on high speed for 4 minutes or until topping thickens and forms peaks.
- In a separate bowl, pour remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and then add pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes (I beat on low speed about 1-2 minutes).
- Stir in Dream Whip mixture.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. You can garnish with whipped cream or mint.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of half-and-half.
- Add a tablespoon of your favorite liqueur, such as Kahlua, Bailey's Irish Cream, or Grand Marnier, for an extra kick.
- If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
- To make sure the shooters are frozen evenly, place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- Garnish the shooters with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or a cherry before serving.
Conclusion:
Frozen Chocolate Dream Shooters are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with just a few simple ingredients and can be customized to your liking. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy dessert or a show-stopping treat, these shooters are sure to please.
