Yield Makes about 4 dozen fudgies

4 cups sugar
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup milk
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
a pinch of salt
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 18-ounce container Quick Quaker Oats
2 teaspoons vanilla

1 egg

Steps:
