1 medium frozen banana ((fresh or frozen))
¾ cup (180 mls) non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup ((optional - add to taste or not at all))
1 approx 2½ inches long stick fresh ginger (, roughly x ½inch wide)
OR ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground ginger
