- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill until firm, at least one hour.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 300 F. Working with one piece at a time, roll the dough to 1/16 inch thickness onto a piece of parchment paper.

GRAHAM CRACKER PIECES
Oh gosh ... these are so good I could eat a whole plate! Crispy, crunchy, sweet, nutty ... these are a wonderful light dessert. Paired with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk, you have a great dessert. The recipe listed chopped nuts in the ingredients but it wasn't listed in the directions. I went ahead and added chopped pecans just before placing in the oven. They really added something!

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN HOMEMADE " GRAHAM CRACKERS "
This is in response to a request for an alternative to Graham Crackers for those who live in countries where these are unavailable. I've tried shortcutting these to make a baked graham cracker crust, but found sometimes shorter isn't always better. These remind me of Nabisco's Honey Grahams. If you wish to make them into the Cinnamon Grahams, just sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar over the top before baking.

- Don't overmix: When making graham cracker crusts, be sure not to overmix the ingredients. Overmixing can make the crust tough and crumbly.
- Chill the dough: Before baking graham cracker crusts, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. This will help the crust hold its shape and prevent it from becoming too crumbly.
- Use a variety of flavors: Don't be afraid to experiment with different flavors when making graham cracker recipes. Try adding spices, extracts, or other flavorings to your recipes for a unique twist.
- Get creative: There are many ways to use graham cracker pieces in recipes. Try using them as a topping for ice cream or yogurt, or as a breading for chicken or fish.
