OLD FASHIONED GRAPENUT CUSTARD PUDDING
This recipe has been hanging around our family for generations.....my Mother used to bake this for us....and I still make it for my own children and my grandchildren.......I'm sure many of you remember it, or perhaps you don't make it any more, and will be glad to have the recipe again!.........K. :)

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350......mix first four ingredients, then add milk and grapenuts in a round casserole dish that has a cover. dot w/a tiny bit of butter, and sprinkle w/ nutmeg
- 2. Put the casserole dish into a baking pan of water, and bake for about 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.....let sit out without cover until it cools, then put in refrigerator with cover on till you're ready to serve!........yum!.....K. :)
GRAPENUT PUDDING
Steps:
- Pour milk into beaten eggs. Add everything else. Put in greased baking dish and set it into a larger pan of water. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Steps:
- Cream lemon and sugar. Add yolks, then lemon juice. add flour, grapenuts, milk and peel. Fold in whites and put in greased dish. place pan in hot water. Bake at 325 1hr. 15mins.
