Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: Using fresh, flavorful ingredients will elevate the taste of your Greek chicken dinner. Look for plump, juicy chicken breasts or thighs, ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and fragrant herbs.
  • Marinate the chicken: Marinating the chicken in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and thyme will infuse it with incredible taste. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Cook the chicken properly: To ensure succulent, tender chicken, cook it over medium heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Avoid overcooking, as this can result in dry, tough chicken.

  • Serve with flavorful sides: Complete your Greek chicken dinner with a variety of flavorful sides. Grilled vegetables, such as zucchini, bell peppers, and onions, are a healthy and delicious option. You can also serve rice, pita bread, or a simple salad.
