Tips:

  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will result in tough muffins.
  • Use fresh poppy seeds. Old poppy seeds will have a bitter taste.
  • Don't overfill the muffin cups. The muffins will rise and overflow if the cups are too full.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This will ensure that the muffins are cooked all the way through.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. This will help them to hold their shape.

Conclusion:

Greek yogurt poppy seed muffins are a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. You can add your favorite fruits, nuts, or seeds for a unique flavor.

These muffins are a great way to use up leftover Greek yogurt. They are also a good source of protein, fiber, and calcium. So next time you're looking for a healthy and satisfying snack, give these muffins a try.
