1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Steps:

  • Dice ham into 1/2-inch cubes.

4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (16 oz)
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain well.

1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup bite-sized broccoli florets
8 ounces dried fusilli pasta
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup diced provolone
1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup diced salami

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Whisk the mayonnaise, parsley, sour cream, chives, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper together in a large bowl.
  • Cook the broccoli in the boiling water until crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the water with a slotted spoon and transfer to a colander. Run under cold water to stop the cooking process. Add the broccoli to the bowl with the dressing.

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 onions, chopped
3 green bell pepper, chopped

12 eggs
½ pound cooked ham, diced
