Hawaiian Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza image

I have mentioned before how I use to own a deli. Pizza a big seller! Always had a regular cheese & pepperoni, and a specialty pizza ready for slice sales at lunch time. Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 9

1-2 lb pizza dough ball
1 c mozzarella cheese shredded
1-2 cooked cut chicken breast
2-3 deli ham slices chopped
1/2 c ranch dressing
2 c chopped pineapple
garlic powder
butter
cornmeal

Steps:

  • 1. Grease pizza pan with butter, sprinkle with cornmeal (for crunch on pizza) Spread doughball on greased pan, pierce dough with fork. Cover with clean towel and set for 10min for dough to rise.
  • 2. Spread ranch dressing, cover with grated cheese then ham, chicken sprinkled with garlic powder, last with pineapple. Bake in 425 degree oven for 18-22min till lite golden and cheese melted. Depending on size pizza pan is depending on amounts of ingredients.

Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
  • Use a sharp knife: A sharp knife will make it much easier to slice the chicken and ham. If you don't have a sharp knife, you can use a serrated knife, but it will take a little more effort.
  • Cook the chicken thoroughly: Make sure that the chicken is cooked all the way through before you add it to the pizza. You can check this by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken. The internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use a quality cheese: The type of cheese you use will make a big difference in the flavor of your pizza. Use a cheese that melts well and has a good flavor, such as mozzarella, cheddar, or provolone.
  • Don't overcrowd the pizza: When you're adding toppings to your pizza, don't overcrowd it. This will make the pizza soggy and difficult to cook evenly.
  • Bake the pizza at a high temperature: The best way to get a crispy crust on your pizza is to bake it at a high temperature. The ideal temperature for baking pizza is around 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Conclusion:

Hawaiian Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a fun party appetizer. With its combination of sweet and savory flavors, this pizza is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
