1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 package spinach, chopped thawed and drained
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • Cook onions in butter.
  • Mix in spinach.
  • In a greased dish layer spinach and cottage cheese.
  • Put last 7 ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  • Pour over casserole.

1 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter
1 pkg forzen spinach, thawed/drained
4 oz cream cheese
1 c milk
1/2 c bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
pepper to taste
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c mushrooms, sliced

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven to 350. spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. drain spinach very well.
  • 2. cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter until onions are translucent. Stir in Spinach.
  • 3. cut cream cheese into small cubes. Layer spinach mixure and cream cheese into pie plate.
  • 4. beat milk, eggs, bisquick, lemon juice and pepper until smooth. Pour over spinach.
