Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF Bake your crust for 3 minutes. We used Pillsbury pie dough and it worked out great. We did spray the pie pans with Pam spray to keep the crust from sticking. Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise and milk, mix well. Add cheese, 1 teaspoon Old Bay, onion and pepper and mix well. Fold in crab meat and try not to separate the lumps of crab meat too much. Pour into 2 separate pie crusts, sprinkle with additional Old Bay Seasoning. Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. (Check at about 40 minutes to avoid burning, since ovens vary.)

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches. Make Streusel topping; set aside. Spread apples in pie plate. In separate bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes STREUSEL TOPPING Mix bisquick, nuts and borwn sugar. Cuit in margarine, using fork or pastry blender, until mixture is crumbly.
Tips:
- Use fresh or frozen crab meat for the best flavor and texture. If using frozen crab meat, thaw it completely before using.
- Be sure to drain the crab meat well before adding it to the other ingredients. This will help to prevent the filling from becoming too watery.
- Don't overmix the filling. Overmixing will make the filling tough.
- If you don't have any wonton wrappers, you can use phyllo dough or puff pastry instead.
- Be careful not to overfill the wonton wrappers. This will make them difficult to seal and will cause them to burst open during baking.
- Bake the mini crab cake pies until they are golden brown and the filling is cooked through. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the mini crab cake pies with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular options include tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and remoulade.

These mini crab cake pies are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can also be served as a main course. With their flaky crust and creamy filling, these pies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
