Steps:

Tips:
- Choose the right cut of chicken: For this recipe, boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs are best. They are easy to cook and have a mild flavor that will absorb the spices well.
- Marinate the chicken: Marinating the chicken in the yogurt and spice mixture for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight, will help to tenderize the chicken and infuse it with flavor.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat: Cooking the chicken over medium heat will help to prevent it from drying out.
- Make sure the chicken is cooked through: To ensure that the chicken is cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve the chicken with raita: Raita is a yogurt-based sauce that is often served with Indian food. It is a refreshing and cooling accompaniment to the spicy chicken.
Conclusion:
This Indian-inspired chicken with raita is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is tender and flavorful, and the raita is a refreshing and cooling accompaniment. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
