Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the brownies will be. Use real butter, not margarine, and use good-quality chocolate. This will not only enhance the flavor of the brownies but also ensure that they have a fudgy, chewy texture.
  • Do not overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can result in tough, dry brownies. Mix the batter only until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Do not overcook the brownies: Overcooked brownies will be dry and crumbly. Bake the brownies for the amount of time specified in the recipe, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them: Cutting the brownies while they are still warm can cause them to crumble. Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator before cutting them into squares.
  • Store the brownies properly: Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. You can also freeze the brownies for up to 2 months.
