1 can large refrigerator biscuits (16 oz )
⅛ cup Italian Garlic Butter
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray the wells of 1 muffin tin pan with cooking spray- set aside.
  • Open the biscuits & cut each one into quarters.
  • Place 3 pieces in each muffin tin well- this will give you 10 & you will have 2 left over for a smaller 11th one.
  • Top each with a pat of Italian garlic butter & then a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown & centers have cooked through (watch closely after about 10 minutes as all ovens cook a little differently)
  • Serve warm with a sprinkle of parsley flakes.

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
3 green onions, sliced thinly
1 minced garlic clove
1 (12 ounce) can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
mozzarella cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine all ingredients through garlic in a bowl.
  • Separate the biscuits. Split the biscuits into the top and bottom half of biscuit.
  • Flatten each biscuit on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Spread about 1 tbl or more of cheese mixture over each flattened biscuit round. Top with a bit of Mozarella cheese if desired.

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 cup cold whole milk
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
