Tips:

  • Choose the right cookie cutter: A heart-shaped cookie cutter is essential for this recipe, but you can also use a round or star-shaped cutter if you prefer. Just be sure to make sure the cutter is sharp so that it cuts through the dough easily.
  • Chill the dough before baking: This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Use good quality jam: The jam is the star of these cookies, so make sure to use a flavor that you love. I recommend using a thick, spreadable jam, such as strawberry or raspberry.
  • Don't overbake the cookies: The cookies should be baked until they are just set, but not browned. Overbaked cookies will be dry and crumbly.

Conclusion:

These jam-filled wreath cookies are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're easy to make and can be decorated to match any holiday or party theme. With their bright colors and sweet and tangy flavor, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
