I came up with this scrumptious recipe one day, just trying to find a way to use the bag of coconut flakes sitting in the cupboard. It was just a cross between family recipes for cookies and my own special touch of imagination. Well I'm glad that I came up with it as are my family and friends. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.

JUMBO CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
I recently made these cookies after finding the recipe on the package of Nestle Chocolatier chocolate chunks. This is a great cookie for those who love dark chocolate. They are very moist and chewy. This recipe makes a dozen jumbo-sized cookies, but I'm sure you could make them smaller if you like. My family LOVES these cookies.

Tips:
- Soften your butter and cream cheese: This will make them easier to mix and cream together, resulting in a smoother batter.
- Use high-quality chocolate chips: The better the chocolate chips, the better your cookies will taste. Look for chips that are made with real chocolate and have a high cocoa percentage.
- Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing can make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Chill the dough before baking: This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the cookies at a high temperature: This will help them rise and create a crispy exterior.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack: This will help them cool evenly and prevent them from getting soggy.
Conclusion:
These jumbo coconut chocolate chip cookies are the perfect treat for any occasion. They're big, soft, and chewy, with a delicious combination of chocolate and coconut flavors. They're sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
