Time 25m

Yield 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 cups pretzel crisps
2 cups diced artichokes
2 cups baby spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded Parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Lay out the pretzel crisps in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with the artichokes, spinach, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Bake until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.

Tips:

  • Prep your artichokes correctly: Cut off the stem and remove the tough outer leaves. Use a spoon to scoop out the choke, the fuzzy center of the artichoke.
  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your nachos will taste. If you can, use organic vegetables and herbs.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When you're cooking the nachos, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from getting crispy.
  • Use a variety of toppings: The more toppings you use, the more delicious your nachos will be. Some popular topping options include:
    • Shredded cheese
    • Sour cream
    • Salsa
    • Guacamole
    • Pico de gallo
    • Jalapenos
    • Black beans
    • Corn
  • Bake the nachos until they're crispy: The nachos are done baking when they're crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Conclusion:

Kale Artichoke Dipped Nachos are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any party or gathering. They are made with fresh kale, artichokes, and a variety of other healthy ingredients. The nachos are then baked until they are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
