Kip met kerriesaus, also known as baked chicken with curry sauce, is a classic Dutch dish that is typically served with rice or potatoes. It is a flavorful and comforting dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of yogurt, curry powder, and other spices, then baked until tender. The curry sauce is made with onion, garlic, ginger, and curry powder, and it is simmered until it is thick and creamy.

KIP MET KERRIESAUS (BAKED CHICKEN WITH CURRY SAUCE)
This is a different and delicious way to serve baked or rotisserie chicken. It's a Dutch recipe. We never have left overs. The prep and cook time does not include the time to bake a chicken. I usually start with a fresh hot rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.

ROASTED CURRIED CHICKEN WITH COUSCOUS
A great blend of exciting and subtle flavors that are infused into the chicken during cooking, making every bite juicy and lively. As 'lively' as the flavor is, it is also great as a winter comfort food. I like to make the chicken just a bit on the spicy side, as when it is served with a side of mildly spiced couscous it mellows just enough. Makes the whole house smell delicious!
