¾ cup water
2 tablespoons lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
3 tablespoons lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
2 cups red grapes (sliced in half)
2 cups green grapes (sliced in half)
2 cups blueberries

Steps:

  • Make the dressing. In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar, water, lemon zest and lemon juice. 2 teaspoons diced onions
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil

1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried and torn into bite
4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 (10 ounce) bottle maraschino cherries, halved,drained
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
