Tips:

  • To ensure the pork tenderloin is cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The pork is safe to consume once it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius).
  • If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can also check the doneness of the pork by cutting into it. The pork is cooked when the juices run clear.
  • To prevent the pork from drying out, baste it with the lemon-rosemary sauce every 10-15 minutes during the cooking process.
  • You can use any type of citrus fruit for this recipe, such as oranges, grapefruits, or lemons. If you use a citrus fruit other than lemons, adjust the amount of lemon juice and zest accordingly.
  • This recipe can also be made with chicken or fish. If you use chicken, cook it for 20-25 minutes, or until it is cooked through. If you use fish, cook it for 10-12 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Lemon-rosemary pork tenderloin is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The pork is juicy and flavorful, and the lemon-rosemary sauce is the perfect complement. This dish can be served with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
