Corn chowder is a hearty and delicious soup that is perfect for a cold day. However, it can also be quite heavy, thanks to the addition of cream and butter. If you're looking for a lighter version of this classic soup, there are a few things you can do. For example, you can use skim milk or low-fat milk instead of cream, and you can use olive oil or vegetable broth instead of butter. You can also add more vegetables to the soup, such as carrots, celery, and potatoes. Finally, you can season the soup with herbs and spices instead of salt and pepper. With a few simple changes, you can make a lighter corn chowder that is just as delicious as the traditional version.

Let's cook with our recipes!
