LOADED M&M OREO COOKIE BARS
We're all so busy and pressed for time that I find myself creating recipes that are generally fast to prepare, proving that you don't have to spend all day in the kitchen to obtain fabulous results. Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8-in. square baking pan with foil, letting ends extend up sides of pan; grease foil., In a large bowl, whisk egg, brown sugar, butter and vanilla until blended. If desired, add baking soda and salt to flour; add flour to brown sugar mixture. Stir in chopped cookies., Spread into prepared pan; sprinkle with M&M's. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs (do not overbake). Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Lifting with foil, remove from pan. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.

Who says you have to make a cake with a cake mix? Not us! These creative (and super easy) bars are packed with some of our favorite goodies: OREO™ cookies, M&M's™ candies, chocolate chips and peanuts.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir cake mix, melted butter, eggs, water and vanilla with spoon until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan.
- Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Cut into 6 rows by 3 rows.

I tried these cookie bars at a friend's house and immediately wanted the recipe. These bars are so rich and decadent, but they really couldn't be any easier to make.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Mix cookies, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, flour, butter, and vanilla together in a large bowl. Fold in coconut. Press mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
