10 oz skim milk
1 Tbsp malted milk powder, such as carnation (look for sugar free)
1/4 c sugar free chocolate syrup
note: i found the sugar free at the grocer's in the organic section of the store.

Steps:

  • 1. In a large cocktail chaker, add the ice, milk, malt powder and chocolate syrup.
  • 2. Shake until foamy and strain int a tall glass.
  • 3. Serve immediately.
  • 4. NOTE: If using your blender omit the ice, blend ingredients and pour over ice placed in a tall glass.
