Dough for single-crust pie
1-1/2 cups light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup confectioners' sugar
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
