3/4 cup mango juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 ounce tequila (preferably white)
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
Ice
2 thin strips orange zest
3 small mango balls (scooped with a melon baller)

Steps:

  • In an 8-ounce glass, stir together mango juice, orange juice, tequila, and Grand Marnier. Add ice. Garnish with orange zest and a skewer threaded with mango balls; serve.

⅔ cup sugar
⅓ cup water
2 ¼ cups water
1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice
¼ cup sugar
1 egg white
2 cups ice cubes
2 cups premium tequila
1 cup Cointreau
½ cup lime juice
16 lime wedges
coarse kosher salt

Steps:

  • Make a simple syrup by stirring together and bringing 2/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup water to a boil until the sugar dissolves; set aside to cool.
  • Make the sour mix by briskly stirring together the 2 1/4 cups water, lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar, and egg white; set aside.
  • Combine the ice cubes, tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, 1 ounce of the simple syrup, and 1/2 cup of the sour mix in a pitcher; stir vigorously to infuse the ice, 8 to 15 seconds.
  • Run a lime wedge along the rim of an 8-ounce glass. Spread the kosher salt onto a plate and dip the glass rims in the salt to coat; add ice if desired. Strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the glass to serve.

2 cups sweet and sour mix
1 cup triple sec
1 ½ cups gold tequila
⅓ cup brandy-based orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier®)
2 limes, quartered

Steps:

  • Salt the rims of 8 glasses. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, rub the rims of the glasses with lime, and press them into the salt. Fill the glasses with ice.
  • In a blender, combine sweet and sour mix, triple sec, tequila and Grand Marnier. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, squeeze a quarter lime into each glass, and serve.

1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
1/2 cup tequila
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (reserve one squeezed lime half to moisten glass rims)
coarse salt

Steps:

  • Combine ice, mango, tequila and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Moisten rims of 2 margarita glasses with reserved lime half and dip each glass rim in coarse salt.
  • Pour Mango-rita into glasses.
