1 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

  • Cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets: This will help them cook evenly. You can use a sharp knife to cut the cauliflower into florets, or you can use a food processor fitted with the grating blade.
  • Steam the cauliflower until tender: Steaming is the best way to cook cauliflower for mashed cauliflower. It helps to preserve the cauliflower's nutrients and flavor. You can steam the cauliflower in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water, or you can use a microwave steamer.
  • Mash the cauliflower until smooth: Once the cauliflower is tender, mash it with a potato masher or a fork until it is smooth and creamy. You can also use a food processor to puree the cauliflower.
  • Add your desired seasonings and mix well: Once the cauliflower is mashed, add your desired seasonings and mix well. Some common seasonings for mashed cauliflower include salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese.
