MOCHA-FUDGE ICE CREAM DESSERT
This recipe looks and tastes like you spent lots of time and effort, but it's super easy. And you can use any kind of ice cream. My kids like chocolate chip ice cream the best. In addition to its flavor versatility, this recipe is a great make-ahead choice and you don't need to heat up the oven. -Carrie Burke, Conway, Massachusetts

KAHLUA FUDGE SAUCE
This is the fudge sauce from my ice cream pie recipe (#7549). It is so rich and wonderful I decided it deserved being posted by itself. I could drink it, it's that good! Makes a great sauce for dipping bananas, brownies or for pouring over ice cream (of course!) Store any left-overs (ha!) in the fridge and reheat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.

Tips for Making Mocha Kahlua Ice Cream Torte with Hot Fudge Sauce:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will make a big difference in the flavor of your torte. Use real butter, heavy cream, and high-quality chocolate.
- Make sure your ice cream is well-churned: If your ice cream is not well-churned, it will be too soft to hold its shape in the torte. Churn your ice cream according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Keep your torte frozen until you are ready to serve it: This will help the torte to hold its shape and prevent it from melting.
- Drizzle the torte with hot fudge sauce just before serving: This will create a delicious, decadent dessert that your guests will love.
